What this site is

PrimeCostHQ is a static calculator website. Every calculation runs locally in your browser. Calculator inputs are never submitted to a server, never stored in a database, and never logged. When you close the tab, the inputs are gone.

What we do not collect

• No user accounts — there is no sign-up, login, or password.
• No contact forms — there is nothing to fill in and submit.
• No newsletter or email capture.
• No payment forms or checkout.
• No advertising and no affiliate links at MVP.
• No third-party trackers, fingerprinters, or session-replay tools.

Aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4)

When the site operator configures a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID (the PUBLIC_GA4_ID environment variable), pages on this site load Google's gtag.js and send anonymized aggregate measurement events (page views, navigation, basic engagement) to Google.

GA4 is configured with anonymize_ip: true, which means Google truncates the visitor IP address before storing it. The site does not enable any GA4 advertising or remarketing features.

If PUBLIC_GA4_ID is not configured, no analytics tag is loaded and no analytics requests are made. You can verify this by inspecting the page source or the network tab in your browser's DevTools.

Cookies

PrimeCostHQ sets no cookies of its own. When GA4 is enabled, Google's gtag.js may set first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) used for aggregate measurement. You can block these in your browser without affecting the calculators, since the calculators run entirely client-side and do not depend on cookies.

Server logs

The static site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard request logs (timestamp, IP, user agent, URL) for operational purposes per Cloudflare's policies. PrimeCostHQ does not access these logs for individual identification.

Changes that would change this page

If the operator later enables advertising, affiliate links, contact forms, accounts, a newsletter, or any tool that collects personal data, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and a clear disclosure will be added on the affected pages. The repository's public decision log records every such change.
